A lot of time and flavour goes into our cranberry and orange panettone, before it is topped with a crunchy combo of pearl sugar and flaked almonds then baked low and slow. The panettone are quickly flipped over and cooled hanging upside down so they keep their famous domed tops. Unlike commercial panettone, we don’t use any preservatives so these are best enjoyed within a few days or served toasted with lots of honey. They also make for the best bread and butter pudding you will ever have if you don’t make it through the whole thing!
